I began my career in hospitality in 2000, and in 2006, I chose to specialize in health and wellness— a field I had been passionate about since childhood.

I moved to Dubai, where I spent over 14 years working with leading luxury hospitality brands, holding senior leadership roles in wellness, and receiving multiple awards and industry recognition.

From the outside, I had built a successful life. But within, there was a persistent feeling— that something more meaningful had yet to be expressed.

I knew I had something to say, but I didn’t know how, when, or where to begin.

At the time, I was consuming content around confidence and relationships, and I couldn’t ignore how much of it felt superficial or misleading— while so many women were quietly searching for real answers.

In May 2016, I made a simple decision— one that would change everything.

I started sharing what I knew. Even if it reached just one woman.

I had four followers.

What followed was unexpected.

Messages began to come in— real stories, real struggles, real impact.

And from that moment, I never stopped.

Over the past 10 years, this journey has grown to reach over 3 million women worldwide, with hundreds of millions of views.

For years, I balanced a full-time leadership career, motherhood, and content creation…

Until I reached a defining decision.

In March 2023, I left my high-paying corporate role to fully dedicate myself to this work.

Not just to share knowledge, but to help women:
